一、氣力輸灰灰泵設(shè)備裝置時，應(yīng)依據(jù)設(shè)備的裝置位置停止根底施工。能夠經(jīng)過預(yù)留螺栓孔或預(yù)埋鋼板的方式停止施工。二、氣力輸灰灰泵裝置時，應(yīng)嚴(yán)厲依照灰泵管道系統(tǒng)圖和設(shè)備裝置圖停止裝置和銜接。留意每個閥門（特別是止回閥）的進(jìn)出口方向，避免銜接錯誤。

　　1、 When installing the pneumatic ash pump equipment, the foundation construction should be stopped according to the position of the equipment. Construction can be stopped by reserving bolt holes or embedding steel plates. 2、 When installing the pneumatic ash pump device, the device and connection should be strictly stopped and connected according to the ash pump pipeline system diagram and equipment diagram. 　　九、在裝置氣力輸灰管道之前，應(yīng)運用緊縮空氣吹掃管道內(nèi)的鐵銹和水垢，避免雜物進(jìn)入設(shè)備，影響閥門等部件的正常運轉(zhuǎn)。同時，留意清潔衛(wèi)生的環(huán)境，避免各種灰塵和渣滓進(jìn)入待裝置的管道。

　　9、 Before installing the pneumatic ash conveying pipeline, compressed air should be used to blow away rust and scale inside the pipeline to prevent debris from entering the equipment and affecting the normal operation of valves and other components. At the same time, pay attention to a clean and hygienic environment, and avoid all kinds of dust and debris from entering the pipelines to be installed.

　　十、氣力輸灰系統(tǒng)裝置完成后，必需對每個閥門停止動作測試。實驗過程中，必需在油霧霧化器中加注光滑油。普通選用10#機(jī)械油作為光滑油。當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度較低時，應(yīng)選用凝固點較低的光滑油。

　　10、 After the completion of the pneumatic ash conveying system, it is necessary to perform a stop action test on each valve. During the experiment, it is necessary to add smooth oil to the oil mist atomizer. Normally, 10 # mechanical oil is used as the smoothing oil. When the ambient temperature is low, smooth oil with a lower freezing point should be selected.

　　11、 The gas supply of the ash pump should not be interrupted during normal operation. When the demand for air supply is suspended, all running ash pumps should be pushed out, and the maintenance valve on the upper part of the ash pump should be closed before suspending air supply.

　　十二、在灰泵調(diào)試過程中，液位計的靈活度、每個程序的動作時間、壓力值和閥門開度都已設(shè)置，正常狀況下不允許停止調(diào)整。

　　12、 During the debugging process of the ash pump, the flexibility of the liquid level gauge, the action time of each program, the pressure value, and the valve opening have all been set, and it is not allowed to stop adjusting under normal conditions.
