氣力輸送是以管道中流動的氣體為載體輸送顆粒的裝置。氣力輸送的基本條件有兩個:
Pneumatic conveying is a device that uses gas flowing in a pipeline as a carrier to transport particles. There are two basic conditions for pneumatic conveying:
(1)在圓管中輸送;
(1) Transporting in a circular tube;
(2)以流動的氣體為載體。前者能保證顆粒獲得最小的圓周流動截面,后者能給顆粒提供動力。
(2) Using flowing gas as a carrier. The former can ensure that the particles obtain the minimum circumferential flow cross-section, while the latter can provide power to the particles.
根據(jù)管道內空氣壓力本質上的區(qū)別,氣力輸送分為正壓氣力輸送和負壓氣力輸送,正壓氣力輸送系統(tǒng)中的氣體壓力高于大氣壓力,負壓氣力輸送系統(tǒng)中的氣體壓力低于大氣壓力,而根據(jù)物料與氣體的量比,分為羅茨風機稀相正負壓輸送,倉泵,AV泵(灰槽泵)等濃相正輸送。稀相粉塵質量濃度小于5kg/m3,濃相大于25kg/m3。以羅茨風機作為氣源為例,它的輸送為稀相輸送,今天小編就講一下它正負壓輸送特點:
According to the essential difference in air pressure inside the pipeline, pneumatic conveying is divided into positive pressure pneumatic conveying and negative pressure pneumatic conveying. The gas pressure in the positive pressure pneumatic conveying system is higher than atmospheric pressure, while the gas pressure in the negative pressure pneumatic conveying system is lower than atmospheric pressure. According to the ratio of material to gas, it is divided into lean phase positive and negative pressure conveying by Roots blower, bin pump, AV pump (ash tank pump) and other dense phase positive conveying. The mass concentration of dilute phase dust is less than 5kg/m3, and the concentration of concentrated phase is greater than 25kg/m3. 1、羅茨風機負壓輸送的特性
1. Characteristics of negative pressure conveying of Roots blower
(1)羅茨鼓風機布置在系統(tǒng)的最后部分,系統(tǒng)在負壓下運行整個系統(tǒng)要求嚴密,無漏氣現(xiàn)象。
(1) The Roots blower is arranged at the end of the system, and the system operates under negative pressure. The entire system requires tightness and no air leakage.
(2)要求分離器具有較高的除塵效率,防止風機磨損、粉塵結塊和污染排放。
(2) The separator is required to have high dust removal efficiency to prevent fan wear, dust agglomeration, and pollution emissions.
(3)輸送粉塵的空氣濕度不宜過高,以保證整個系統(tǒng)不被堵塞。
(3) The air humidity for transporting dust should not be too high to ensure that the entire system is not blocked.
(4)粉塵應均勻進入系統(tǒng),保證粉塵與空氣混合均勻。
(4) Dust should enter the system evenly to ensure even mixing with air.
(5)要求負壓運行相對穩(wěn)定,壓力波動不宜過大。
(5) Require relatively stable negative pressure operation and avoid excessive pressure fluctuations.
2、羅茨風機正壓輸送的特性
2. Characteristics of positive pressure conveying of Roots blower
(1)羅茨鼓風機位于系統(tǒng)前部,整個系統(tǒng)在正壓下工作。如果有漏風,會造成二次揚塵污染,所以系統(tǒng)的漏風要求比負壓型更嚴格。
(1) The Roots blower is located at the front of the system, and the entire system operates under positive pressure. If there is air leakage, it will cause secondary dust pollution, so the air leakage requirements of the system are stricter than those of negative pressure type.
(2)應防止供料器出口回風引起系統(tǒng)氣流短路。
(2) Prevent the return air from the feeder outlet from causing a short circuit in the system airflow.
(3)采用旋轉供料器進行正壓氣力輸送時,應注意葉輪的磨損不宜過大。
(3) When using a rotary feeder for positive pressure pneumatic conveying, attention should be paid to avoiding excessive wear on the impeller.
(4)正壓氣動傳動的供氣必須充分保證其供氣量和壓力。
(4) The air supply for positive pressure pneumatic transmission must ensure sufficient supply volume and pressure.
(5)正壓氣力輸送距離不宜過長。
(5) The distance of positive pressure pneumatic conveying should not be too long.
