　　旋轉供料器是物料顆粒輸送系統中負責物料傳輸的一環，目前大部分的氣力輸送設備都會用到它，那它是不是用于粉粒體的正負壓輸送呢？其實很多顆粒類氣力輸送系統正負壓輸送使用供料器都更加經濟實惠，有些客戶會覺得失重補償供料器的準確率會比容積式供料器更高，但實際上一臺與物料相匹配的容積式供料器可以具有與重量式供料器一樣的性能，甚至比匹配錯誤的重量式供料器性能更好。在控制和檢測供料器的時候，失重補償是一種機理。如果旋轉供料器無法連續地將物料從進料料斗送到輸送螺桿中或皮帶上，失重補償就存在某些設計上的缺陷。每一臺失重補償供料器都應當可以采用容積的方式運行。
