羅茨鼓風機間隙調整方法：

　　1、調整外殼間距：通過外殼和墻板定位銷孔來保證，這是因為在拆卸風機時不能損壞定位銷孔。葉輪-外殼0.20-0.395。

　　2、葉輪和葉輪間隙調整：將葉輪移動到間隙圖位置，將驅動齒輪標記與軸對齊，依次安裝齒輪擋圈、止動墊片和鎖緊螺母，稍微擰緊鎖緊螺母。如果葉輪不能轉動一圈，就旋轉葉輪進行接觸，用銅棒輕輕拍打葉輪間隙部位，使齒輪和圓錐體相互嚙合運動，達到調整葉輪間隙的目的。葉輪和葉輪間隙滿足指定值后，將齒輪鎖定到葉輪-葉輪0.29-0.34。
